Steven has more than 15 years of experience working in the field of substance abuse. He is a co-founder of Renaissance Ranch; a residential substance abuse program originating in Park City, UT. Steven has also founded and directed Intensive Outpatient programs in Salt Lake City, UT and Gilbert, AZ. His practice has been shaped and informed by years of professional and personal experience in addiction recovery. Steven has dedicated his life to helping addicts and their families heal utilizing evidence and faith based approaches. His focus is on identifying and addressing the root psychological, emotional and spiritual issues related to addiction.
Lindsay Greenman, L.P.C.

Lindsay has a dual Masters degree, specializing in substance abuse and trauma. She has been working in various fields of behavioral health for over 15 years. Her experience includes work with diverse populations, in settings ranging from outpatient to residential treatment programs. Lindsay’s passion is in the field of addiction. She specializes in trauma, abuse and grief issues related to addiction and recovery. Personal and professional experiences qualify her to provide expert care, support and understanding to addicts and their families. Lindsay is devoted to helping others heal from the effects of trauma and other co-occurring conditions.
Paul R. Valbuena, M.D.
Addiction Psychiatry Consultant
Dr Valbuena is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as having special qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He has vast experience treating those struggling with acute withdrawal issues; from substances such as heroin, opioids, alcohol and methamphetamine. Dr. Valbuena’s expertise lies in working with dual diagnosis and co-occurring conditions. He is passionate about helping individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral and addiction challenges.

Dan is a Certified Peer Support Specialist with 4 years of experience working in residential and outpatient substance use programs. His strength is supporting and facilitating the practical application of 12 step principles and other key tools and skills of substance use recovery.
Chad Metz, L.M.S.W
Chad Metz is a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in substance use disorder counseling and individual & family therapy. He received a Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. He is passionate about treating individuals with dependency issues, specifically substance use disorders. He has over 16 years of professional experience helping those challenged with substance use and mental health issues. Chad is committed to providing a holistic, person-centered approach to treatment. He is well versed in multiple therapeutic modalities; including trauma and co-occurring disorders.
